Our line of park model trailers are built by Fairmont Homes of Cavco Nappanee. Cavco is a manufactured/mobile home builder and they build their park models to the same standards. Sheet rocked ceilings and VOG walls. Floor, walls and ceiling are all well insulated. And don't forget the beautiful interiors. Units that are currently on our lot are listed below.
